receiving your order, and our team will do our best to make it right.
1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted)
2. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the cost of any eligible return. If you paid for return shipping in advance, please contact us once we’ve received the goods, and we will reimburse you accordingly.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is approved, the process will be handled promptly.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
